Jerome Michael Chalik was born on September 22, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois and died on February 27, 2013 in Lakewood.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 8 at 11 a.m. at the Sumner United Methodist Church, 901 Wood Avenue. A reception will follow the funeral service. Following the reception interment will take place at New Tacoma Cemetery.
